AIHC

To obtain your IHC credential please begin by completing the Initial Application.

 

Candidates for the IHC who already hold a professional homeopathic certification such as CCH, BHMS, DHANP (other credentials will be considered on an individual basis), should complete the

Fast-Track Application.​

Applicants who are selected to continue with the certification process after submitting either the Initial Application or the Fast Track Application will also be required to submit the following forms:

 

• Video Case Analysis Form

• Video Permission Form

• Supervision Form

 

 

The following forms should be submitted by the applicant's exam proctor:

 

• Part 1 Proctor Agreement Form

• Part 2 Proctor Agreement Form (for the Live Video Case)

If you wish to renew your IHC credentials, please submit the IHC Renewal Form, along with the $75 renewal fee.
